Ceremonies

Not Every Couple wants to get married on site, and we would never want to pay for something we were not using, which is why an On Ceremony is an Add on Service. When wedding venues “Include” (i.e. charge more for) a wedding ceremony site, they are overcharging of all the couples who get married in a Church for services that they will not use.

At Forever Farms You will never charged for services you do not use.

Frequently asked

Do You Allow Outside Vendors?

Yes, we currently have an Open Vendor Policy. All outside vendors will need to show proof of liability insurance and workers’ compensation, three months before your event. Once we know more about your style and needs we can also make recommendations.

Do You Allow Outside Alcohol?

No, we are a fully licensed winery. We can create an affordable custom Bar Package to suit your tastes and your budget. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED. If outside alcohol is discovered during or after your event the alcohol will be confiscated and your $1,000 damage deposit will be forfeited. Please View Our Rustic Wedding Bar Package Examples.

Are my vendors required to have general liability insurance? Why?

Yes! Proof of liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance for each vendor must be provided to Forever Farms, at least three months prior to your event. Failure to do so could result in the vendor not being allowed to provide services at your event. Most reputable vendors have more than adequate liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance and understand the importance of having it. Accidents happen and, just like having any other insurance, requiring proof of insurance from all vendors gives you, the vendor, and Forever Farms the assurance that in the unlikely event an accident does occur, adequate coverage has been obtained.

When Can I have my rehearsal at Forever Farms Wedding Barn & Winery?

You are guaranteed one hour for your rehearsal. If there are no other events scheduled the day before your wedding, you may have your rehearsal at any time between 4 pm and 9 pm. If there are events, the day will be Wednesday . Availability will be opened three months before the date. 

Can I have my rehearsal dinner at Forever Farms Wedding Barn & Winery?

Possibly. If the day before your event is open, or you would like to reserve time on Wednesday, for an additional fee. The location and time of your rehearsal dinner can’t interfere with other rehearsals, or weddings, or events. Availability will be opened two months before your wedding date. 

Am I required to purchase wedding/event insurance? Why?

Yes! Don’t take the chance of cancellation due to an Act of God, change of heart, unexpected military deployment, or a host of other unforeseen circumstances. Even though Forever Blueberry Barn has general liability insurance, as the event host, you also have a risk of liability if one of your guests is injured, becomes sick due to food your vendor served, or causes an accident. The cost of purchasing event insurance is so small compared to your potential liability. We encourage you to purchase this insurance in a timely manner (when you have money at stake). Forever Blueberry Barn LLC will need to be listed as additionally insured.

Will you decorate for me and help me plan my event?

No. But, we can put you with a person who can. Forever Farms only provides the venue, tables, and chairs, and Forever Blueberry Barn provides the Bar Packages. We have a wedding planner on our preferred vendor list that can help with your event, for an additional cost. We strongly encourage you to have a wedding planner, they will be able to anticipate your needs before you know you have them! In the case that you do not have a wedding planner, you will need to identify one person as the venue coordinator that will help plan and manage the itinerary, set-up/take-down of vendors, and flow of guests.

How does clean up work?

You will need to leave the venue in the conition you found it, and take with you everything either you or your vendors brought to the venue (decor, linens, centerpieces, etc.), and follow the clean up check-list.

Most professional catering companies handle these tasks. Please check with your catering company for their included services. 

If the facility is not left in the condition it was provided to you prior to your event, you will be charged a $250 clean-up fee.

What time do my guests need to depart from the wedding venue?

All guests need to be off the property by the pre-determined event end time. If guests are on the property after the rental period, a $250 per hour will be charged in one-hour increments.
