Our Bar Packages are based on your tastes and preferences, and are based on the distributors price to us.
The Average Wedding at Forever Farms Winery and Wedding Venue has a Bar Bill between $1,500 – $3,000 depending on the guest count, and the type of partiers you have.
All Events Must Include a minimum Forever Blueberry Barn Wine Purchase.
We have partnered with some of the largest Distributors in the Region, and can supply a wide range of Beers and Seltzer brands that you choose.
As far as Spirits go, our License requires us to Purchase at one Specific State Liquor Agency, so as long as they carry it in most state liquor stores we should be able to get it for you. The exception to this is any of the Allocated Liquors. These are allocated to stores and types of accounts by the state. We can try our best to get you an allocated liquor, but cannot guarantee it.

Soft Drink Stations
For guests who want an affordable soft drink station for their wedding guests.
Price Range for Water – Sweet Tea – Lemonade is between $150 – $250 depending on your guest counts, typically half of what most wedding caterers charge.
Wine Slushie Station
Add a Wine Slushie Machine for $500, which includes one side of Wine Sangria made from Your Choice of Forever Blueberry Barn Wine, with one side of Lemonade or Fruit Punch. Add the second side of Wine Slushie for the additional $150.
Pop Station
If You want more soft drinks available to your guests than the standard water, tea, lemonade, you can add a Pop Station. The price ranges from $1.25 – $1.75 depending the brand you choose based on the distributors pricing, and they come in Sizes of 12 units and 24 units per case to give you the flexibility you need for your budget and your rustic wedding at our winery and wedding venue.

Do We Have To Purchase Forever Blueberry Barn Wine?
Yes, as a Winery our primary Goal is to make and sell wine. We only include these other options to be a better host to you and your guests.
Do You Allow Outside Alcohol?
No, we are a fully licensed winery. We can create an affordable custom Bar Package to suit your tastes and your budget.
Are We allowed to Switch out Brands and Options?
Yes, of course. We recommend trying to stick with one beer distributor for all your selections though, if possible. This will ensure they will not add additional delivery fees or minimum quantity fees. Our example base packages are simply examples for the base pre-buy package. These items can be swapped out and quantities can be changes. You will only be charged the additional cost of the substituted items.
If We are getting ready on site are we allowed to drink then?
Yes, of course. But, we need to include that in your bar package, and we can have it available for you. There can be NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ON SITE, according to the OHIO DIVISION OF LIQOUR CONTROL, and this is strongly enforced.
Are Bartenders Included?
Yes, each package includes bartenders for your rustic barn wedding based on volume and guest count. If you have a very heavy drinking group of guests, or a very high guest count, you can choose to add additional bartenders if you feel it is necessary.
Can We Keep Alcohol We Don’t Use?
Under Ohio Liquor Licensing Laws, our license allows use to sell our Wine for On Premise Consumption and Off Premise Consumption when purchased at our medina winery and wedding barn. Our License only allows for the on Premise Consumption of Beer and intoxicating liquor, so you will not be able to take any liquor or beer with you. This is why we have designed the packages in the way we have. To 1.) give you a fixed budget pre-purchased package that will meet moderate consumption for most wedding parties with little unopened alcohol left over. 2.) Give you the option to purchase during the event based on your consumption, and whether or not you feel it is warranted.
We feel these are the best options to allow you to control your costs and budget as opposed to simply charging a flat $40-60 per person bar fee, or doing it by consumption at the end of the night where you have no idea what the final costs may end up.
We find that our costs are less than half of most venues or caterers, who charge high per person fees, which is why we feel this model makes having your wedding at our Rustic Barn Wedding Venue more affordable than most other wedding barns.
