1. Rustic charm: Since we were built specifically to be a winery and wedding venue, we incorporated all of the rustic chic elements that Northeast Ohio Brides are looking for when searching for a barn wedding location.
2. Flexibility: We have an open vendor policy. This allows you to choose vendors that fit your budget and personality. We do not have minimum spends on bar packages, catering, a minimum guest count, or unreasonably strict vendor requirements.
3. Budget-friendly: With our “a la carte” type services we can fit most any budget. We include only the things that are essential for your wedding, like tables and chairs! All of our other services are optional add ons. If you want to source your own linens, or they are included in your catering package we wouldn’t want you to get charged twice for something. If you want to put your own linens out and organize your own floor plan to save money, we are ok with that too.

Including a lot of decorations or having the same decor used by every wedding creates a cookie cutter wedding, and with a barn venue and brides as beautiful as the ones we host, no one deserves a cookie cutter wedding.
5. Natural setting: We are located on 32 acres in a rural farming community. We have a 3 acre lake which is perfect for photo ops. We have a 15 acre field of corn/soybeans/wheat that creates a beautiful backdrop. There are 600 Blueberry Bushes that create a beautiful unique wedding photography setting, as well as a 1950’s Ford Jubilee tractor, patches of wild flowers, wood settings, and plenty of unique spots to get once in a lifetime photographs of you and your new spouse.
